concerns & complaints
The faculty-school system has proper venues and protocols for oversight and mediation.

All Ravenburn students should feel full confidence to approach Ravenburn’s student advisors to discuss concerns or complaints verbally. The advisors keep all conversations that do not involve legal matters confidential and work toward change in ways that do not reveal student identities.

Contact the current director of OLEF via email so that both parties have a record. See www.openlatch.org for more information. This is the second step toward resolution.
