TUITION FOR 2015-2020

FEES​

  • Quarterly Fees

    • Accreditation Fee ($25, no more than $100 an academic year)​

  • One-Time Fees

    • Grammar Comprehensive (before 30 credits are earned, $50)​

    • Logic Comprehensive (before 60 credits are earned, $50)

    • Writing Portfolio (before 90 credits are earned, $150)

PAYMENTS

 

All coursework in each quarter must be paid in full at the time of registration or the student will not be enrolled in that particular quarter. A full refund can be granted during the first 2 calendar weeks from the opening of the quarter. A half refund can be granted after the first 2 calendar weeks but before the beginning of the 5th calendar week.

 

All transactions are done through PayPal so that parents have the option to use a 60-day chargeback via the mediation of PayPal. All complaints about our dealings with refund requests can be directed to the director of our accreditation agency using these email addresses:

We ask that no refund be requested during the last two weeks of the quarter. These deadlines are to ensure that our faculty members receive proper and full payment for their duties. If a student feels that they have a case for a full refund in good faith (for example, because of a documented hospital stay or extended illness), then the student should discuss the matter with the current director or can initiate a chargeback through PayPal.

Pay here for undergraduate tuition. You must pay for the whole term at once (7 credits) and you must pay for the quarters one at a time. Finally, you must pay in full before the quarter begins.

Click here to pay the quarterly accreditation fee. You will be rerouted to the home page for the Open Latch Education Foundation, and you must use OLEF's site to pay.

Once you pay, both OLEF and COFSA will receive notification, allowing for a true enrollment tally.

A-LA-CARTE PURCHASES

 

If you are not officially enrolled in a Ravenburn program, or if you are enrolled in another school's program and need to take a Ravenburn unit for transfer, then these options below are for you. 

​

Remember that even if you purchase only a 1- or 2-credit unit, you will have to pay the full fee for quarterly accreditation. In addition to this, if you take a total of more than 3 a-la-carte credits, you will have to pay the Ravenburn Faculty Advisor fee as well. (Your advisor will be different from your teacher and will initiate contact with you at least 2 times over the quarter.)
